New to running or took an elongated break from it?
This is the program for you....
Our Program offers a consistent coached running plan, which will walk you through an easy progression to help keep you injury free and find your Happy Pace.
We strive to create a welcoming and non-intimidating environment with a support network of coaches who have been in your shoes.
Meet with coach and group 2 x's per week.
Trains new runners up to the 5K distance.
Coachs available for questions and or concerns during the week.
Expert advice covering all running topics from shoe fit, form, injuries, training, gear and nutrition.
Monday 1/9/17 - 6:00pm - Info Session followed by Run @ RNK.
Saturday 1/14/17 - 8:00am Info Session followed by Run @ RNK.
