What is your best or worse running memory:
Finishing both the Pikes Peak Marathon and then two weeks later the Hideaway 50K with Lora Gallagher
What keeps you getting out the door everyday: Runners high – enough said!
What is your favorite place to run: Any trail in Colorado!
What is your favorite product: My Camelbak Ultra hydration vest – it carries everything I need for a day in the backcountry.
What advice would you give to new runners: Don’t worry about your pace. Just do what feels comfortable, its ok to take walk breaks, then start running again. And find good friends to run with, they can make the miles disappear!
