What We Do
We will watch how your feet naturally flex, roll, and transition while walking or running to determine your foot mechanics. The body in motion tells us a lot about how much support your foot and body will need to keep you exercising healthfully.
Based on your gait analysis, foot measurement, injury history and fitness goals, we work with you to find the shoe that best fits your foot and your needs. We encourage our customers to take their time trying on shoes to a feel of what will suit their needs.
A correctly fitted sports bra makes a world of difference! We take your measurements and help choose sports bra options from our selection to try on. We give feedback on fit and sizing as well as helping you determine the best support level for your needs.
